Review: Atlantic Pest Control continues to show how awesome a company it is. I signed on for services in May 2024. Dale came out to replace broken termite stations and evaluate how well they are working. He was friendly and personable, and his advice and insights were reassuring and helpful. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Review: The service itself is great, but the communication is not so much. The date and time window of two of my appointments were changed on me both times without notification. The only way I found out was waiting around and having no one show up, and then I call and they tell me I’m scheduled for a different time. And I know I had the right day and time because I wrote it down during the phone call when it was scheduled. It is just frustrating when you move your schedule around to accommodate, and are waiting around for 4 hours for someone to show up. I would love if they could just start confirming appointments with their customers to avoid this, because the service and the technicians otherwise are great!
