Review: Mr. Sajid is both honest and knowledgeable—a great combination.I called about a suspected termite problem, and he identified them as flying ants instead. He inspected the exterior and found areas where separated caulking might have allowed the ants inside. He also checked other indoor areas, particularly below the windows, and found no signs of entry elsewhere.He advised re-caulking the windows to prevent further access. Mr. Sajid didn’t push for a contract, unlike others, and suggested I call if the ants return after re-caulking, which I will.We were already planning to re-caulk, so it was a relief that no treatment was needed at this time.I highly recommend Mr. Sajid.

Review: Muhammad was so thorough (got on the floor, found every crack and gap), informative (taught me about the behaviors of certain pests), knowledgeable, and pleasant. I felt so much more informed and secure after his inspection, and he was able to do the services on the same day, and did a thorough job. I will definitely continue services with Complete Pest Solutions.He also was respectful and wore a mask, and he did not pressure me for services. I chose to do the treatment without pressure. It was great.

Review: I have been using Complete Pest Solutions for my 120-year-old row house in DC and I highly recommend them. We had a dreadful infestation that started when the weather began to turn. The mice had taken over our kitchen and it was very disgusting. Muhammed came over and investigated and left bait in strategic places and gave us great advice for keeping them at bay. He’s been by for three treatments now and it seems to be working! We’ve found two dead mice, and haven’t seen any droppings in a week.
