Review: I needed someone to come out quickly, I called several companies and Green Pest was by far the EASIEST process. (We have also used Alta and Mitchell) We had no idea what to do when we noticed we had pests in our pantry. They gave us a great price for the service over the phone then scheduled us for the next day. The technician who came explained that these are really common in organic flour which had a lot of. They are coming back two or three times for one low price. Highly recommend for your pest needs.

Review: Alex, the technician is very professional and a good adviser on how to solve a rodent issues. She takes the time to explain the issue and help you in finding efficient solutions to solve problems. I specifically asked the company for her to be the technician in charge of solving the current matter I am facing. Not disappointed for the moment. I am a new customer and I contacted the Virginia office.For the customer service, it depends on the staff who picks up the phone. Nevertheless they are helpful and take the time to respond to your questions.Not sure communication is their forte for particular requests from the customer. I had to call a few times in order to get an expert and make an appointment when they clearly told me someone will get back to me. Something to improve!!!Also the expert I talked to tried to sell me a full service when my request was only one particular matter. They should be more careful not to force on customers.
