Today Derek Bobovsky came to our house and I got the impression he genuinely was interested in our concerns. I have had technicians come out to do maintenance visits and take the bare minimum time, but Derek is great and really put time and effort in our visit today. We didn’t feel like he cut any corners, he listened to my concerns about mice and checked our traps AND added a few in areas that might need attention.
