Review: I called MTB after noticing an issue with bugs after some new neighbors moved into the building. I purposely chose this business because it’s local and black owned. I immediately received a response from Mr. Milton Brown III. He came the following day and listened to all of my concerns. He addressed the problem areas, as well as the rest of the condo. The products used were pet friendly which was essential for me. The animals experienced no issues following the extermination. The products used left no residual odors. He even gave me product advice on dealing with drain flies. MTB is always accessible and they communicate well. He’s never been late for appointments and if there’s an issue, he keeps me in the loop. With his assistance, the issue is under control. I’m extremely happy with my services.
