Review: My apartment complex recently contracted this company to treat our building and announced to us that they would be treating our unit today. I scheduled so i could be home all day as I like to know where the pest bait is placed as I have very nosy animals. The Queen B Pest Services representative arrived without knocking or announcing themself and treated my home while I was present, though I had no idea they were in my home until I came into the kitchen and saw a bait trap on my floor and a note on my counter saying they had been present. This was a very jarring and unsettling experience. In the future, if representatives can announce themselves upon entering residences it will probably help a lot of people.Update:I will say they were very thorough with their follow up. I was told that this technician had never had an issue before. I was asked many questions that were reasonable like could I have had headphones in or the doors shut thus making it obvious why I wouldn’t hear a knock or verbal announcement. None of these were the case and I still really don’t know how the technician came in with not even my dog hearing but that aside, I was told that this incident is now being used as a training example.I think this was a fluke experience and the business seems to care both about their employees and their customers. I’m upgrading from 1 star to 3 because they do seem like a quality company, it was just a bad personal experience.
